Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AGF Industries. By accessing or using our website, services, or submitting a file for 3D printing, you, the customer agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer and are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change if project requirements, materials, or design files are modified after a quote is issued.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment terms are agreed upon. Full or partial payment may be required before work begins. Payments are non-refundable once production has started unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Design Files and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all provided design files are accurate, complete, and suitable for 3D printing. AGF Industries is not responsible for errors resulting from customer-supplied files unless design services were explicitly requested.

4. Prototypes and Functional Parts

3D printed parts may have inherent limitations in strength, tolerance, and durability. Prototypes and functional parts are produced for evaluation and testing purposes. AGF Industries does not guarantee fitness for any specific or safety-critical application.

5. Custom and Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, all custom parts are final sale and non-returnable. If a part is defective due to a manufacturing error, AGF Industries may, at its discretion, repair or reprint the item.

6. Lead Times and Delivery

Estimated lead times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. AGF Industries is not responsible for delays caused by material availability, equipment issues, or factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their original designs. By submitting files to AGF Industries, the customer grants permission to use those files solely for the purpose of completing the order. AGF Industries will not share or reuse customer designs without permission.

8. Prohibited Use

Customers agree not to use any products or designs provided by AGF Industries for illegal, unsafe, or prohibited purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in weapons, controlled devices, or any application that violates local, provincial, federal, or international laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

AGF Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of printed parts. The customer assumes all responsibility for testing and validating parts for their intended use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

AGF Industries reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
